Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and HYDRA ("we", "us") for your use of hydraswarm.io, the HYDRA console and the HYDRA trading agent (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

HYDRA is software, not a financial adviser. Crypto, and newly launched tokens especially, is extremely risky. You can lose everything you put into your trading wallet. Only use money you can afford to lose.

01Who can use HYDRA

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. You may not use the service if you are in, or a resident of, a country or region where using it is illegal, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax.

02The beta

HYDRA is in beta and access is by invitation. Features, limits and availability can change, and parts of the service may be paused or withdrawn. We may limit, pause or end access to the beta at any time.

03What HYDRA does

HYDRA is software that analyses tokens on Solana and can place trades for you within the settings and limits you choose. In approval mode it asks you before trading. In automatic mode it trades without asking, within your limits. You choose the mode and can change it.

04No advice

Nothing in the service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Decisions are made by automated systems that can be wrong. You decide whether to use HYDRA and how to configure it, and the trades it places for you are made on your instructions.

05Risks you accept

• Token prices can fall to zero within minutes. Tokens can be scams, can be impossible to sell and can be manipulated.
• Tokenized stocks carry extra risk: the firm behind a token could fail, and you cannot swap a token back for a real share.
• Trades can fail, fill at worse prices than expected (slippage) or be delayed by network congestion.
• The service, the Solana network or the providers we rely on can be slow, wrong or unavailable, and software can have bugs.
• Past results, including any shown on the site, do not predict future results.

You accept these risks and any losses that result from them.

06Your trading wallet

When you use live trading we create and hold a Solana trading wallet for your account and use it to trade on your behalf. Deposit only what you are prepared to lose. Withdrawals are sent only to wallets you have verified by signing a message. We may pause trading or withdrawals when we reasonably believe it is needed for security, to stop fraud, to fix a fault or to comply with the law. Network fees are paid from the wallet.

07Your account

Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. One account per person unless we agree otherwise. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

08Fees

Fees are shown on the site and in the console before they apply. Changes to fees apply from the time we publish them and do not apply to trades already made.

09$HYDRA

$HYDRA is a token that can give access to features of the service. It is not an investment, a share in HYDRA or a promise of returns, and we make no promise about its price or liquidity.

10Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular, do not break the law with it, attack or overload it, try to get into accounts or systems you are not allowed into, exploit bugs instead of reporting them, scrape it at scale or use it to manipulate markets. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

11Ending your use

You can stop using HYDRA at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or where the law requires. When an account is closed we will let you withdraw your remaining balance to a verified wallet, unless the law prevents it.

12Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be accurate, profitable, uninterrupted or free of errors.

13Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the console before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
